Being a kid is pretty hard: Homework. Parents. Rules.
Being a kid tormented by bullies is really hard:  Kicking. Pushing. Teasing. Name calling.

What sounds easy?  Being yourself and being surrounded by nice people.
We live in a world that doesn’t always remember to be nice, but why should school be the same?

School should be a safe place, though it often appears to be the complete and total opposite.
Maybe the current trend is to be mean and somehow that makes you cool, but we really believe that deep down every child has a heart of gold.  We know that every child wants to be accepted for who they are on the inside and who they want to become in the world.

We think that school should be a healthy environment that promotes growth - both mentally and emotionally.
